Our Services

  • Chiropractic Care

We provide advanced spinal correction and extremity adjustments utilizing "state of the art" chiropractic techniques. Many of the newest chiropractic techniques are actually safer, more comfortable and more effective than ever before. Our chiropractors have years of training, and experience in helping patients get pain relief for back pain, neck pain, headaches, and other related conditions. Chiropractic care under a trained professional can even be used to prevent injuries and help you achieve total health or wellness.

  • Massage Therapy

A massage can help decrease and often eliminate neck and back pain. Manual therapy, such as massage helps increase circulation, improve joint flexibility, improve posture, help ward off side effects of desk jobs, improve recovery time with car accident whiplash injures, improve healing time for sports injuries, help rehabilitate after surgery, decreases tightness of muscles, detoxify muscles, lessens depression and anxiety, helps athletes at any level to help improve performance, helps ease labor for expectant mothers, and helps with headaches.

  • Dry Needling

Dry needling involves a thin needle which is similar to the type of needle used for acupuncture. The needle penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues. The goal is to relieve pain or improve range of motion. Current research supports that dry needling greatly improves pain control, reduces muscle tension, and normalizes dysfunctions of connective tissue. This helps speed up the patient's return to active rehabilitation

  • Laser Therapy

The multi radiance medical laser is used to accelerate pain relief and healing. Laser therapy is a safe and non-invasive way to control inflammation and increase joint flexibility by delivering light energy units in the form of photons to damaged cells which promotes healing.

Each laser therapy session treatment takes between 5-15 minutes depending on the size of the area being treated and the particular condition.

  • Kinesio Taping

K tape is a popular type of tape that is used to help heal the body from acute painful conditions to chronic overuse conditions. It can be applied to basically any part of the body in any number of patterns. In general, it takes a certain level training and understanding to learn to apply the tape yourself. What makes k tape unique is its elastic capabilities, and addition of a finger print like pattern on the under side of the tape. The two qualities combined can help in many different ways to rid the body of pain or dysfunction.

  • Functional Rehabilitation

Rehabilitative exercises work to train the body to function and move correctly with proper alignment. By strengthening and stabilizing the soft tissue surrounding the spine we are able to retrain and “hold” our adjustments worked on during chiropractic care, to maintain a healthy spine long term.

  • Cupping

This method of treatment creates suction and negative pressure, resulting in a lift of connective tissue and increase in blood flow. This modality is used to improve range of motion and to decrease pain.

  • Infrared Sauna

Exposure to infrared light will relieve inflammation and soreness by increasing blood circulation, eliminating toxins, and delivering oxygen-rich blood to muscles for faster recovery. It is also shown to increase collagen production in your body.

  • Normatec Boots

NormaTec is a compression device that aids in sports recovery by delivering wavelike pulses to increase circulation. This decreases recovery time and soreness related to activity, giving you more time to do what you love.
