Meagan Fong - Office Manager
Meagan Fong is Optimal Health Matter's amazing office manager and has been with us since November, 2018. She is the one who you will speak with on the phone when you call our clinic and is the smiling face who will greet you when you come in to see us. When she's not here helping make our office run smoothly, you can find her working out at Backcounty CrossFit, hiking with her pups or camping with friends and family all summer, and skiing all winter. Her warmth, kindness and attention to detail are huge assets to our company and we appreciate everything she does for us on a daily basis. THANK YOU, Meagan!
Adrienne Hartney - Office Manager
Adrienne Hartney has been working in the fitness and health industry since 2006. She first started her passion for fitness with sports, including soccer, basketball and volleyball. In high school, she put most of her time and energy into volleyball, which earned her a NCAA Division I scholarship. It was during that time that Adrienne had her first major injury, when she tore her ACL, MCL and meniscus. Adrienne learned about the physical energy it takes to get back to where you once were and the mental hardship you feel trying to get there. It was that experience that drove her towards her degree in Kinesiology.
After receiving her degree, Adrienne went on to earn her Personal Training Certification and trained at Equinox Fitness in Palo Alto, Ca. From there, she moved into corporate fitness, working her way from a Health Fitness Specialist, personal training and teaching group exercise, to a Program Manager, running the fitness facility at a major tech company in Sunnyvale, CA.
Adrienne and her husband, Kit Hartney, moved to Colorado in 2018, to raise their son close to family. In her spare time, Adrienne likes to workout at Orange Theory Fitness, play indoor/sand volleyball, mountain bike, ski/snowboard, camp, travel and hangout with family and friends.
