  • Close-up of acupuncture needles inserted into the skin of a person's back.

    Dry Needling

Dry needling involves a thin needle which is similar to the type of needle used for acupuncture. The needle penetrates the skin and stimulates underlying myofascial trigger points and muscular and connective tissues.

Common benefits reported and supported by clinical sources include: reduced local muscle pain/tension and deactivation of trigger points, improved range of motion and muscle function, and faster symptom relief when used alongside exercise-based rehabilitation.

  • shockwave therapy

    Shockwave Therapy

Shockwave Therapy is a highly effective treatment method that can be used to address a variety of sports injuries and other conditions. The high-energy sound waves are introduced into the painful areas of the body, helping to improve the regenerative potential and enhance blood circulation to regenerate damaged tissue.

Shockwave can treat issues such as plantar fasciitis/heel spurs, calcific tendonitis, rotator cuff tendonitis, achilles tendonitis, bursitis, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, golfer’s elbow, and much more.

  • A massage therapist's hands applying pressure to a person's back during a massage with a white towel covering the person's lower back.

    Massage Therapy

Massage therapy can reduce or eliminate neck and back pain while offering many additional benefits. It improves circulation and joint flexibility, enhances posture and counters the effects of desk jobs, speeds recovery from whiplash, sports injuries, and surgery, and reduces muscle tightness and toxins.

Massage also eases headaches, can shorten labor for expectant mothers, supports athletic performance at any level, and helps lessen symptoms of depression and anxiety. Regular massage is an effective component of rehabilitation, injury prevention, and overall wellness.

  • A person receiving laser hair removal on their thigh in a spa or clinic, with a technician holding a laser device and wearing pink gloves.

    Lightforce Laser Therapy

Laser therapy uses red to near‑infrared light to jump‑start cells. The light boosts cellular energy, improves local blood flow, calms inflammation and nerve sensitivity, and speeds tissue repair, all of which reduce pain and help healing.

  • Back of a person's shoulder and neck with black tape arranged in a pattern on their skin.

    Kinesio Taping

K tape is a popular type of tape that is used to help heal the body from acute painful conditions to chronic overuse conditions. It can be applied to basically any part of the body in any number of patterns. In general, it takes a certain level training and understanding to learn to apply the tape yourself. What makes k tape unique is its elastic capabilities, and addition of a finger print like pattern on the under side of the tape. The two qualities combined can help in many different ways to rid the body of pain or dysfunction.

  • Person receiving cupping therapy with three glass cups on their back.

    Cupping

This method of treatment creates suction and negative pressure, resulting in a lift of connective tissue and increase in blood flow. This modality is used to improve range of motion and to decrease pain.

  • Physical therapist assisting a patient with resistance band exercises for the leg.

    Functional Rehabilitation

Strength, power & endurance — progressive resistance and conditioning for task demands.

    Task-specific retraining — 3D movement practice (lifting, single-leg work, sport/work drills).

Return-to-work/sport testing — readiness testing and interdisciplinary care for complex cases.
